Highlights Films ( 6 - 12 min )
Our ‘Highlights Films’ are 8 – 15 minute versions of your entire day. They’re shot with one filmmaker for 8 hours.
For example we can start at the ceremony at 2pm and go until 10pm. You can add additional hours and arrange the time anytime you’d like during the day.
These videos give you a longer version of your day that you can still share online with your friends and family.

1What software program do you use?
We currently use Premiere Pro CC 2015 on our computers. We can provide you the project file as well as the XML file if you prefer to edit using another program. With the XML file you can simply import into ex) Final Cut X and make any extra edits your client wants after they view the video or anytime in the future for your own portfolio.
2Can we customize the packages based on our needs?
Yes, we can always customize our packages based on what you need. We know that every single wedding is different. Some are regular 8 - 12 hours long while others are a full two days or even more. Talk to us and we can create a unique profile package for you.
3Is there a contract that we have to sign?
We don't make you sign any agreement for a year of editing or anything like that. We do however have a basic 'User Agreement' which we can sign and a 'Non-Disclosure Agreement' which is optional for you to sign. We simply work with you on a project by project basis. However, if you would like us to edit all of your videos for your wedding season then we can give you a volume discount.
4What are the various levels of color correction?
We have two different levels of color correction:
1) Basic
This includes a pre-made filter from Red Giant Color Looks or from Film Convert.
2) Medium
This includes a pre-made filter from Red Giant Color Looks or from Film Convert. Plus we also adjust certain shots that need adjusting with a 3-Way Color Wheel.

5Can I have a test video?
We provide a 100% money back guarantee on our editing services. We can edit a current project from a paying client and we will send it back to you with a 'SAMPLE' watermark so that you can view the results. This way we can give you a sample of our editing skills and if you like it you would simple pay for it and we would export the final version for you.
6How long does it take to get the video back?
We will strive to get your 'Music Video' back within 5-10 business days. Your 'Highlights Films' will be 7-14 business days. Your 'Wedding Film' will take 8-15 business days. It all depends on our queue of orders within this timeframe. But be certain that we will edit the videos far in advance of the time you stated in your contract for your couples.
7How do I send you the RAW footage?
There are two ways for you to send in your footage. The first option would be to upload the files on Dropbox or Google Drive and we would download all the files from there. Average file sizes for wedding films range from 100GB - 200GB + in size so you would need an account large enough to host these files.
The second way would be to mail your CF cards or a hard drive to us. We would then copy the files and send the items back to you. We would add the cost of return shipping to the final invoice. Shipping rates range from $25-$60 CDN depending on the speed of shipping.

8How will I receive my video?
We will send you the project file along with the XML file so that you have the final master edit. For 'Music Videos' and 'Highlights' films we will export the video in 1080p for you in 20 Mbps YouTube/Vimeo quality. If you would like a higher quality export we can do that for you as well.
9Do I have to pay TAX?
Nope. If you're in the US and outside of Canada you don't have to pay any taxes. If you're within Canada then we do have to charge a sales tax based on the province you're in.
